COUNCIL BLUFFS An Omaha man who was wearing a GPS tracker while on probation is charged in connection with the December armed robbery of a Council Bluffs fast food restaurant, according to police.
Keonte Martin, 20, is charged with first-degree robbery and ongoing criminal conduct. As of Friday, he was being held at the Pottawattamie County Jail on $100,000 bail after his arrest Aug. 3.
If convicted of both charges, Martin faces up to 50 years in prison.
According to Council Bluffs police, officers responded to the McDonalds at 16th Street and West Broadway on Dec. 3, 2017, at about 7:20 p.m.
