Security clearances for retired intelligence personnel helps the USA more than it helps them

Institutional memory is vital. Experience is priceless. Opinions of those who went before helps those preparing to go now.

You can bet your bippy (who remembers where that came from?? ) Gina Haspel, as she assumed the leadership role at the CIA, contacted each living former CIA chief, and likely stays in contact with them.

We are less safe with these security clearances pulled.
