They have to break out paper ballots/pens and hand counting. Those can't be hacked too easy.

Our intelligence chiefs have been saying there are things they can do and that they're doing them.
HOWEVER, our ability to pound that pissant little state into retreat is hamstrung by the Republican congress's treasonous refusal to stop cyber war intrusions that they believe may save their grip on power.
We could be doing a lot more and are not.
