(17,984 posts)I'm just going to ignore this joke. It's gone on long enough. Time for him to quit it.

(2,415 posts)Flash back to 2004, when we had so many good candidates that I was excited for the debates, and they debate policy and attack other side. Its like a big audition. Whose going to win and then who are they going to pick. If we had only one candidate, it wouldnt work well. Usually the first one announcing gets beat up too much to win. We wouldnt have people like Al Sharpton and Howard Dean who have been great for the party and both fell short of winning.
Were going to need Avenatti. He might make a good VP to someone who has more political experience.
Remember Kerry picked John Edwards, running second place to him.

(15,805 posts)among all the other Dems running. He's a sharp competitor, and he will certainly raise the bar and keep other candidates on their toes.

(9,070 posts)...maybe Press Secretary, legal counsel, or AG. He's basically on board with the Democratic Party.
I also think he's a good person to counter all the crazy tRump talk.

(50,276 posts)The candidate will depend on whether we're running against Trump or Pence. If it's Trump, I'd consider supporting Avenatti. He's one of the few people who are able to make Trump look like the whiny, manbaby he is and, oddly, Trump doesn't seem to respond back at him much. Must be that DVD. Maybe it shows what tiny hands indicate. LOL.

@MichaelAvenatti
Many have asked me my position on various issues. Below is a summary of where I stand. This is not an exhaustive list and more positions & details will follow. Most importantly, I didn't have to hire a pollster or political consultant to tell me what to say or what to believe.

(20,629 posts)Bernie's site, but it's hard to argue about most of the substance (as it currently stands) of the positions.

(15,286 posts)Not every president is a policy wonk like Bill Clinton. There are plenty of experts inside and outside of government who can help him flesh out the legislative details to support his core values.
