Son of Boss and its related shelters represented perhaps the largest tax avoidance scheme in history, costing the U.S. many billions in lost corporate tax revenues. In response, the government initiated legal challenges that resulted in complete disallowance of the losses claimed by Marriott and other corporations.

Was a tax avoidance scheme that allowed companies to write off future (unrealized) losses. Romney (as audit chair, and on the board of Marriott) approved this and Marriott was fined millions for it after the IRS said it was a scam.

Marriott wasn't the only corp to buy into SoB (ironically acronymed), but theirs was the largest fine due to the depth of the deception.

Rmoney is named for the Marriott founder (Willard). This is an LDS corporation.

He has gotten richer than Midas with his tax avoidance schemes and his bankrupting companies for his own benefit and hiding his ill-gotten gains in Switzerland and the Cayman Islands, and God knows where else??

Two primary residences both getting tax breaks while doing the Olympics Fluffer and gearing up to run for governor of Mass. Bogus tax returns that he signed and then claimed no knowledge of their factual errors. SEC filings that directly contradict his claims of retirement from Bain. Offshore tax shelters up the wazoo. Huge tax break on his other primary residence in CA. Lied to the election board in MA in order to qualify for the governor race. Pattern of behavior. The chances that his tax returns aren't a mortal blow is ZERO.
