Dealing with maybe fake a/c but definitely inappropriate comments

On August 15, 2018 the local TV news station (WNEP-TV) posted a clip on their Facebook page concerning flooding in the area. One of the comments completely unrelated to the post was made by a person named Michael L Johnson. Not only was it unrelated to the post but was also inappropriate and inflammatory. Apparently the new station felt the same way and removed it after I pointed it out to them. I do have a screenshot of the comment and will include it in my post. This individual claims to work for the US Postal Service. This may or may not be the case but I thought I would go to the source since they are using the agency’s name. This person apparently is also using an image of a different individual as their profile picture to incite that individual. That said individual reported the posters Facebook site. The comment was made on a news site in Northeast Pennsylvania but the individual listed their current location as Miami Florida. I can’t confirm at which office he works or if he is just claiming he works for the Postal Service. Either way it doesn’t look good to have a government employee making public remarks on a public news site in that context. If he is not an employee he is using their name under false pretense & they should put a stop to it. I have already messaged the US Postal site however after my interaction with an individual who signing as ^SH I didn’t feel I was getting anywhere. They seemed to be putting the burden of where the individual worked on me. I would think that if he was employed by the Postal Service in either of those cities they would be able to verify. There is a HR area within the Postal Service, is there not? I have also worked for a very large company and am familiar with the protocol. I copied both the Wilkes-Barre as well as the Miami area offices with this same complaint. As well as reported to Facebook if that will do any good. Just so sick of the crap!
I can’t post the screenshot but the quote was “Now if we can get all the black drug dealers out of the area it would be a whole lot better”

No offense but I wouldn't want my employer confirming to any random person calling up to report me if I worked here or not.

I did not ask for information on employees or ask if they worked at these locations. I only provided information on what said employee posted publicly
