Lara Trump says Omarosa's tape was "a fraud" because there were numerous calls about job offer

She's trying to weasel out of the obvious appearance of having offered Omarosa $180,000/yr hush money by suggesting -- or trying to suggest -- that the other phone calls she says took place might've made this sound more like a legitimate job offer with real responsibilities.

It's possible they did make multiple attempts to get Omarosa to sign that NDA attached to the job offer, but even so, it's clear from this first call that they wanted to offer Omarosa a lot of money for little or no work, with the emphasis being on her not saying anything negative about Trump and his family and administration.
