To those for whom the mere mention of "impeachment" is evidence of the speaker's

reckless stupidity, what is your suggestion if Trump, as threatened, continues to work his way through his enemies list, revoking security clearances and ending careers?

How about if he revokes the clearances of Rosenstein, Mueller, the entire Mueller team?

How about if he pardons everyone Mueller convicts? Or indicts? Himself?

Do we still just wait to "vote him out" in 2020?

and was soundly chastised... but I think it may have to come to that, and I expect that idiot will do or say something that puts that type of emergency action into play. Not saying I want that result but I do want this charade to end.

Since Mueller is dragging his feet
So you're saying Mueller is slow? Willfully lazy? Incompetent? Not doing his job properly?

Do you think he's procrastinating? Is he a dawdler? Is he intentionally stalling? Is he delaying or obstructing? (It really serves no good purpose to characterize him like that.)

I think everyone is eager to see what he's got and to find out what happens next. I get that part, but it's definitely a mistake for ANYONE to smear him and characterize him as "dragging his feet".

You can impeach, sure. But if the Senate is going to refuse to convict, it doesn't mean anything and will just empower him further.

I think sometimes we just have to choose the "least bad" option if we can discern it.

Surely, there are none left who believe any hypothetical in the OP is something that Trump would "never do".

I was somewhat on the fence about impeachment but you kicked my ass right off it!

For the good of the country we need to impeach, convict and remove him from office and then he needs to be indicted and found guilty on federal and state crimes and sentenced to prison. Him and everyone in his family who is up to their necks in crime.
