If the Democrats take back the house, we must demand they give No Quarter.

Trump, the Republicans in congress, and their supporters are Un-American. No forgiveness, No more being mister nice guy. I want everyone involved is this treasonous behavior put on trial. I want them investigated. I want their lives ruined.

I want them all to be remembered for all time for what they did.

there won't be. We proved that after Dubya. We look "forward", despite the fact that the previous silverware came back dirty from the dishwasher.

We can call for whatever we want. And we should. But we have no power to demand anything. We can try, but unless we do so in overwhelming numbers, Congress will do what it wants. Our power over Congress exists in our votes every two or six years. Beyond that, we can only petition them to do things.

Being realistic is important. Being aware of how the system actually functions is important.

Demands don't work. Other types of pressure, though, can work.

In any case, we still have to win in November, don't we? Making that happen seems to me a better priority than insisting on demands in the future. If we don't win, we get nothing. Time to get to work now.
