to make that happen. Witness the 5K+ verified lies he's told since being "selected" as POTUS.

We just have to realize he isn't good with numbers unless they are going into his pocket. He prefers millions for that. Otherwise, he gets the numbers all wrong with dates, dollars and dames. It's obvious he can't keep track of any of those.

Republicans do not want to "fix DACA" or more accurately, the situation of children brought here illegally but who have lived here for most of their lives (in most cases), because that "fix" would be to grant them citizenship (or a path to it).

The Democrats never had all three branches of government (the Judicial branch is not "Democratic", in fact 14 of the last 18 Supreme Court appointees were made by Republican Presidents, despite the fact that since 1961 to present, Democrats have held the Presidency for 28 years and Republicans have held the Presidency for 29 years (not including 2018 or the nomination of Kavanaugh).

Democrats decided on address the Affordable Care Act as a priority in the 2 years they controlled the House, Senate, and Presidency (although the Senate was not ever "filibuster proof&quot .

It's not that they didn't propose immigration reform which would have addressed the group that would become known as The Dreamers (DACA recipients). They didn't get any cooperation from Republicans... and the reason is that Republicans do NOT want these non-white immigrants to become citizens... in fact they are deathly afraid that any recent immigrant will register and vote for Democrats and not Republicans.

Campaign issue... the only issue related to immigration that I've heard in this campaign is the thousands of children forcibly separated from their Parents simply because the Parents presented themselves as the border and legally claimed asylum. Children then held in cages in detention facilities and, now months later, over 500 have not been reunited with parents. I haven't heard BOO about DACA.

DACA children should take precedence but the whole issue has been shelved for now. The illegal kidnappings and separation of immigrant families became an urgent matter this summer, and most of our attention has been on those children. I hate to say it but Trump was using them as another one of his 100-distractions-per-day.

The DACA children belong here and deserve to be here, they've grown up and some were even born here. To send them somewhere else would be cruel and illegal, plus a burden on other countries where they aren't wanted. The DACA children must be solved fairly as soon as possible, and their families must be given a path to American citizenship.
