Both parties need to get serious about vigilantly prosecuting "white collar" crime. Those caught in the Mueller probe prove that if nothing else. And while we're at it, let's retire the trivializing euphemism "white collar crime." A felony's a felony and a criminal's a criminal.

ought to be considered more serious as they usually involve abusing a position of trust, and or power. Just my opinion...

He would have been put in jail a long time ago. Rather is exactly right, the lack of enforcement of these crimes of money laundering and tax evasion et al led to dump and Manafort and the rest thinking they could get away with it because they had for so many years.

See, that's what you've got to remember; this is the Ronald Reagan administration we're talking about. These are the "law and order" people! These are the people who are against street crime. They want to put street criminals in jail to make life safer for the business criminals!

They're against street crime... Yeah! Yeah, they're against street crime, providing that street isn't Wall Street.
