I guess I must have missed something.
I have not heard or read of a crime. What on earth is he talking about? Hilary's emails?? What about them???
Endlessly over and over and over and over... state the crime Comrade trump... can you please ????
Is it a crime to send email??? Is it a crime to have an email?
Is there something in them??? Some major cover up??
Yea I know she had a basement server and some security protocols were broken.
But just saying "Hillary's emails" over and over thousands of times ??? So what about them??
I can play that game "trump's emails"!
"Cohens's emails!!"
"Jarred's emails!!!"
Lock them up!!!
Please for the sake of my sanity tell us ... Is it the one where it says you colluded with hostile power and enemy to win the election? ... Oh oh... I wrote that one.

The "how so?" question completely undid my mothers argument about Hillary & the Democrats' so called crimes too.
I find it a wonderful way to debunk this argument without being hostile.

Obviously, they don't know, they are just repeating tired media taglines. Making them think, instead of just recite might actually help deprogram them some day.

There is some kind of mass insanity going on these days and I've watched people I've known most, if not all of my life go nuts. Between Fox News and the Internet, their brains have been altered in ways that make them barely recognizable. (5,269 posts)Despite the findings of the FBI and the release of thousands of her emails which revealed no national security breaches had occurred and her server was never successfully attacked. The nit-pickers have made a big deal about a handful of emails retroactively labeled classified or having a tiny "c" but ironically these emails have been publicly disclosed so obviously they had no true national security importance.
The anti-Hillary gang harped on idea that merely by having the private server, national security was at risk even though all evidence to date shows that she did not use that email system for classified information and it was so secure that hackers were never able to breach her private server. The hacked stolen emails were from DNC and John Podesta, none came from her private server.

(50,559 posts)It was Hillary's server. She was receiving all her traffic through it. It was designed so the official e-mails were automatically transmitted to the State Department's official system. The traffic about Chelsea's wedding, John Podesta's risotto recipes and other non-official mails were not.
And just so we remember, Hillary Clinton's server was the only State Department-related server that had NOT been hacked.

From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were up-classified to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.

(9,070 posts)Hillary's government emails were largely captured when copies were sent to the .gov account. She had independent attorneys (with top secret clearance) sort through all emails and providing a copy of all "business-related" ones to the government. She actually had several backups of the server at different times, so nothing of consequence was "lost". Chances are that the backups still exist, but are not provided because her attorneys consider them privileged or not subject to FOIA. Regardless, some of the old servers were supposedly wiped or destroyed, while at least one was stored at a contractor's business.
Nothing is "missing", except some old personal emails (cake recipes, yoga schedules, etc.), that were examined at least once or twice by various lawyers. How far will this go in the future? Will all audio, video, email, texts, and records of politicians be public records? Who knows?
--------------------------------------
Think about it...could you produce emails from home 5 or 6 or 7 years ago? Here are some links I collected back when the topic was hot:
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/hillary-clintons-email-server-traced-to-home-based-service-ap/
In November 2012, without explanation, Clinton's private email account was reconfigured to use Google's servers as a backup in case her own personal email server failed, according to Internet records. That is significant because Clinton publicly supported Google's accusations in June 2011 that China's government had tried to break into the Google mail accounts of senior U.S. government officials. It was one of the first instances of a major American corporation openly accusing a foreign government of hacking.
Then, in July 2013, five months after she resigned as secretary of state, Clinton's private email server was reconfigured again to use a Denver-based commercial email provider, MX Logic, which is now owned by McAfee Inc., a top Internet security company.

The White House possesses no archived e-mail messages for many of its component offices, including the Executive Office of the President and the Office of the Vice President, for hundreds of days between 2003 and 2005, according to the summary of an internal White House study that was disclosed yesterday by a congressional Democrat.
The 2005 study whose credibility the White House attacked this week identified 473 separate days in which no electronic messages were stored for one or more White House offices, said House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Henry A. Waxman (D-Calif.).

And think about the tens of thousands of emails they went through. They found nothing other than 2 emails improperly marked as classified because they didn't have the proper markings in their title and erroneously had a (c) marking way down in the body.
