General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsDid Donald Trump mistakingly think he had attorney/client privilege with Don McGahn?
Did he think McGahn was his own special attorney?
Now we find out that McGahn has spent some 30 hours with the Special Counsel and the White House does not know what they talked about. Their anxiety is warranted, if McGahn told Mueller everything he knows?
It is reasonable to assume that Trump would think McGahn worked for him, since he was the Counsel for the Presidency. Trump would find it very difficult to separate himself from the presidency as an institution. It would have to be about him.
We don't know what McGahn might have told Mueller? Why would it have taken 30 hours to get the information, unless McGahn was balking and the Special Counsel continued to call him back for more information?
Whichever the case, the White House is in disarray attempting to juggle all the legal obstacles now in front of them.
he's a dolt.

Of course, Nunes and Gowdy let him get away with it.
