The guy's like those fat Roman hookers in those Fellini movies.

(63,221 posts)That is the problem with republicans, their insatiable short-term greed ultimately ends up being their undoing.

(21,635 posts)It took most people I know most, if not all, of Obama's 8 years to recover from the 2008 disaster. I do fear we're in for another one, what with these brigands and all their deregulation.
God forbid.

(63,221 posts)The sooner we stop them, the better. The longer they are at it un-regulated, the worse off we will all be.

(21,635 posts)Putin would like nothing better than another deep recession in the U.S. - even though he knows it will affect Russia as well (not to mention most of the rest of the world).
Keeping these kleptocrats in power is his best guarantee of that.

(16,423 posts)When he opens a Golf-course, he holds a tournament. But as nobody knows that there is a tournament and as the Golf-course doesn't have visitors or members yet, the only people taking part in that tournament are Trump and his buddies. And they let Trump win.

(2,690 posts)He served honorably and courageously in the military -- but he was an officer, wasn't he? And isn't that a private's chevron on the sleeve?

(32,639 posts)But you know, truth isn't truth!
Seriously I didn't make this meme, people are sharing it on Twitter.
Even if the photo isn't Mueller, it still makes a valid point.

(2,690 posts)Such photos are available. Occupy Democrat, I have to say, is not a very accurate site and seems more interested in making a point than in being truthful. The inaccuracies it posts are not harmless and can breed confusion and uncertainty within the progressive movement.

(2,690 posts)Trump is a vile POS who will run away, coward that he is, from any physical confrontation with anyone, male or female, who stands up to him.
His path to glory has to be -- absolutely has to be -- through war. If he gets the go-ahead, we are all in big ass danger. He won't attack Russia -- his second homeland -- or China -- too big and strong. But, ahh, the Middle East offers targets. He's salivating for a "shock and awe" approach to Iran. If he launches a war there, everybody will lose even if Fox and the other fascist propaganda media outlets praise The Leader and accept his words of great victories, huuuge victories, even as the body bags of people who, after all, "knew what they were getting into", come home.
smirkymonkey
(63,221 posts)Is very true and very scary. He is looking for the glory he never had the courage to earn himself and he has no problem killing innocent citizens to get it.

(37,648 posts)Wah Wah! He wants some shiny metal thingies to pin on his suit, too! And for everyone to say what a hero he is, and bow before him (as Omarosa predicted everyone would have to do...remember that?).

(38,427 posts)simple answer, Trump has already lost the game, set, match, and his reputation, and the reputation of the name..Trump........any signs of this?...Yes...
....His own party occasionally defends him,,and never says he is "wrong," or criticizes him. (only a few, count on one hand..maybe). Even when he disrespects a world leader, (Queen Elizabeth, 90 years old) his party will not criticize him..He has lost and he doesn't know it yet...But he will know it..When? Probably sometime in the next 6 months, or maybe sooner..
