But how did Giuliani go from being America’s Mayor to the crackpot he is today? My guess is he has been a thug and all around jackass all along but was able to catapult himself into a better position after 9/11. And since most of us do not live in NYC, we might not have access to the information about Rudy that others in NY have. Now that he is back in the spotlight, we are getting the chance to find out more about who he is. What we are seeing and hearing is that he is no hero, just was in the right place at a bad time and had a megaphone in his hand. And he used that to his advantage.
