but there are details to be sorted out, who knew what when and all that.

for instance, one of them can argue that they had no idea what the meeting was about and if there's no evidence tying them in advance, it may be hard to get a conviction. those with unfortunate emails and tweets may have more of a problem in that department....

now, it defies all reason and logic that donnie didn't know about it, but it's not clear at this point if there's any evidence to tie him to the original conspiracy. the cover-up and obstruction, though, that's a different story.

"Anyone wouldve took that meeting"

When they all showed up at the meeting , expecting dirt on Hillary , and even not getting that so they claim, it makes no difference. They committed collusion , and what's coming is they conspired and committed treason , and the cover up will also come back to haunt them. Trump committed treason by giving the enemy (Russia and ISIS) helpful information or aided and abetted an enemy, or in this case enemies, and exposed an agent who infiltrated ISIS, and trump exposed him to help the enemies . He's going to have many charges of treason , along with many others very close to him. Collusion isn't what should be used , its conspiracy against this country, which they've been doing many , many times now. Treasonous corrupt criminals are in OUR government, and need to be removed from office , and the people in Congress refusing to do this now are just as complicit and need to go to.

Let's stop talking about "collusion" - the term is legally meaningless. When you "collude" for the purpose of committing a crime that's the crime of conspiracy, which is itself a crime even if you never committed the crime that was the purpose of the conspiracy. All you need to do in order to be guilty of conspiracy is take a material step in furtherance of the conspiracy, and that was taking the meeting with the Russians.
