Pure speculative question. Was McGahn wired?

Don McGahn is possibly facing charges himself related to Russia, Comey, and the Trump campaign. Did his own legal peril compel him to co-operate with the Special Counsel investigation? McGahn has had Russia connections himself dating back to Tom DeLay and Jack Abraoff. He is no white knight.

He is counsel for "the Presidecy", not the President. Attorney-client privilege does not apply to his relationship to Trump or his criminal enterprise.

Is it possible that McGahn was wired? If Trump thought he was speaking to a personal attorney with solid protections, what did they talk about? Could Mueller have even MORE damning evidence in Trump's own words proving obstruction?

Trump is so ignorant of the law, and so enamored of his own perceived royal powers, that I find the most outrageous possibilities now fail to surprise.

Again, just idle speculation....Do not claim to have supporting evidence.
