As for paperless voting, there's no way to investigate, since a good hacker can erase any evidence of changes made in the count. Actually, that is exactly how state-level hacking works. You break into their systems, gather what intel you can, and hopefully leave no trace that you were ever there. Changing things increases the risk you get caught. Not changing anything and remaining undetected lets you continue to monitor the system, and if the need ever arises, such as war, you can then screw around with things and not worry about being detected.

but there is a way to check my account and see what charges have been posted. If I could not check my account and had no money, I would feel like I was stolen from. I have no way to see how my vote was posted. And we have fuckhead for president. Do I feel robbed? Hell yes. Whether votes were stolen or not is speculation. And there is no way to find out.
