Probably too late for trump to stop in Russian investigation.

Some of the biggest fish are pleading guilty.

Months and months of investigation has led to a mountain of evidence.

Mueller has made plans to hand off investigations to other districts if he is axed.

The report is most likely in rough draft form or at least parts of it.

Mueller has never said whether he would issue a report or whether he believes a sitting President can be indicted. We are assuming his investigation will end with a report, but we really do not know what form it will take.
