If there was justice, trump would go to jail with his minions, every horrible thing they have done would be reversed because it was done by an illegitimate administration, and Hillary Clinton would serve the remaining years, then be ready for reelection.

I find it hard to believe that those three states EC votes went that way.

I would love to see a forensic accounting of all the EC votes that didn't corroborate with the rest of the state. I have even wondered if these people weren't "incentivized" to vote that way.

Remember back then, when newspapers and elected officials all over the country were begging the EC "to do the right thing." Especially after so much was released - even then - about trmp's imperial behavior.

It just doesn't pass the smell test to me.

I think voter suppression had more to do with it. Ohio didn't even activate their vote auditing to verify the results so no recount could be had.

I was glad to see this aired on CNN this morning. They showed each administration from Nixon to the present. With the exception of 41 everyone had numerous people in their administrations that were convicted and many sent to prison. In comparison only a handful of Democrats administration officials were indicted. Clinton had two and Obama one for a misdemeanor. Reagan had 24 who were indicted and many served jail time. Nixon's vice president was indicted and resigned for fraud and Nixon was so crooked he had to resign while many went to prison.


I have made the charge over and over that the Republican Party is a criminal enterprise that has harbored criminals. Just like gangsters if someone threatens to expose them the retaliate with vengeance. Cheney, in addition to lying us into the Iraq war is so damn evil that he outed an undercover CIA officer who job was to protect us from nuclear threat. That in my estimation is outright treason and he should have been dancing on the end of a rope. But, no he is an honored member of this pack of cutthroats. This list could go on for pages. The Republican party, along with their powerful propaganda machine that dominate hate radio has poisoned our nation to the point that its recovery is in serious doubt.

I watched Nixon resign and decided for 3 decades, they were all crooks.
Obama proved that was not true at all. He had his faults but nothing like this.

I doubt we are going to see both Pence and Trump out of office. Not arguing the merits of it - just don’t see it going past Trump. I think enough people will want to stop and let things settle at that point. But who knows?

The damage that TrumPeckeRussia did to our country can never be calculated. Donald Trump should be hanged for treason, and all his little henchmen (and henchwomen) should be forced to watch his hanging, his feet kicking until he's dead, and then be hanged themselves. A precedent must be set.
