Trump is referring to "flipping" as people who are making up stories/lying to get off

You know why he views people who flip like that? BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT HE WOULD DO!

If Trump thought he could get off by testifying against someone else with testimony that was a total fabrication, he would do it in a second. That's why he thinks other people lie when they make plea/cooperation deals. It's projection. With Trump it is always projection.
