He doesn't have to have separate lawyers for each of the many legal actions that are or might soon be brought against him (assuming they are all admitted to practice in the jurisdictions in question), but realistically there's no way one lawyer or small group of lawyers could possibly handle that much work. And, to make matters even worse for Spanky, the lawyers he has now seem to be spectacularly incompetent.
