that bridge marks the infamous "Beltway Bulge" where the planners had to take a jog around the more expensive estates in Chevy Chase and where that Temple ended up - "not in my neighborhood"- take your stinkin' road somewhere else.

They painted over that a long time ago. If anybody doesn't know, that is the Mormon temple in Maryland.
