Then and now. Trump on Sessions.
Then and now...
Then - Spray-tanned, lying bag of tainted meat, Nov. 18, 2016:
"Jeff Sessions has a world-class legal mind and considered a truly great Attorney General and U.S. Attorney in the state of Alabama. Jeff is greatly admired by legal scholars and virtually everyone who knows him."
He added, 09 February 2017:
"Jeff Sessions is a man of integrity, a man of principle, and a man of total, utter resolve. ...These dangerous times require a determined attorney general, which is what Jeff is. Jeff understands that the job of attorney general is to serve and protect the people <Uh-oh!> of the United States <Remember that one>, and that is exactly what he will do, and do better than anybody(sic) else can.
And now. That same bag of tainted meat, August 23, 2018:
"Jeff Sessions recused himself. Which he shouldn't have done. Or he should have told me! Even my enemies say, <Jebus! Ponder that one for a moment.> Jess Sessions should have told you - and then you wouldn't have put him in! He took the job and then he said, 'I'm going to recuse myself'. I said, 'What kind of a man is this?' <Ummmm. A man with a world-class legal mind admired by scholars, who has integrity, principles, determination, and understands the job better than anyone...? Just a guess.> And by the way, he was on the campaign. The only reason I gave him the job I felt loyalty. He was an original supporter. He was on the campaign. He knows there was no collusion <That word again>"
