When tRump & Pence are impeached, the Republicon Party must not be repeatedly rewarded for stealing the Electoral College.
The RubleCons must not be allowed to successively nominate and approve VPs that ascend to Pres as each resigns starting w tRump.

(7,113 posts)...like we did Agnew before Nixon.
Then we can have a new VP rise to POTUS, hopefully a relatively inoffensive character like Ford to finish up the single term.

(30,481 posts)Pence is the legitimate VP.
While we are in a shitty position, we are making serious ground with respect to our near future prospects.
We have enough ammo. Keep fighting. Keep hammering the President and don't forget to take shots at Pence. I would like to see Pence drawn out more. If he ups his public appearances he and Trump will become publicly at odds with one and other.

(8,704 posts)More and more Americans are seeing that. The rest of the gop has to go. Get them out of office.

(30,481 posts)By office, I assume you mean the Presidency and Vice Presidency. The positions they currently hold. They will legitimately hold both until something happens.
"More and more Americans are seeing that. The rest of the gop has to go. Get them out of office."
That really doesn't make sense. How do you think the GOP is going to be removed from office? Hopefully, some of them go in the next election. That will still leave thousands and thousands of them in place in DC and around the country.

(70,504 posts)A now convicted felon and a Russia asset, Paul Manafort, picked Mike Pence to be V.P..
Before Trump officially announced that Pence would be his running mate, campaign chairman
Paul Manafort was the man behind the mirror making sure it happened, according to a New
York Times report from 2016.

(1,058 posts)So far, to my knowledge, no court has ruled him illegitimate.
He's bat shit crazy, a possible felon, but he's still, for now, the President of the United States.

(23,099 posts)Neither would be Kavanaugh. Of course this will never come to pass, Dems are too spineless to take on the meme that half of our political parties are traitors, even though it is true.
