He was one of the named witnesses along with Pecker.

But he has immunity on everything relating to the Cohen case, and presumably, the unindicted co-conspirator.

There is now both a state and federal investigation into Trump Org. Weisselberg's federal immunity deal was kept secret until today. The immunity deal leak did not come from prosecutors, it probably came from Weisselberg himself.
