Can Avenatti force Chump to be deposed?

He's saying so on AMJoy, but how is this different from Mueller getting the traitor-in-chief to talk with him? Is it because Mueller is part of the Justice Dept. and Avanatti is a civilian lawyer?

So his only option would be to plead the 5th? And that would of course make him look guilty as sin.

And almost certainly will be able to get the judge to have any testimony sealed.

5. Yes, and the reason is that it's a civil case and not a criminal one.

The precedent was established in Clinton v. Jones, where the Supreme Court held that a sitting president could be sued in a civil case for acts done before the president took office. Since a deposition is one of the procedures in a civil case, Paula Jones' attorneys were allowed to take Clinton's deposition. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clinton_v._Jones
