Trump's cult refuses to believe how just tenuous his position actually is...

They make all kinds of excuses to explain away everything that's in front of their very eyes and ears.
The best part is the way that they're blaming "leftists" for all of Trump's troubles, when his worst enemies are actually life-long registered Republican prosecutors.
Their belief in the thoroughly flawed and corrupt Trump is completely hinged upon their willingness to be grifted by him. They see their own delusions as their strength... And no matter of proof or common sense will make them see otherwise.
After all, even if Trump would be removed from the Oval Office by whatever, they'll always fall back on their position of aggrieved victims. They'd feel justified in whatever resistance they'd mount against the ends of justice.
The key, however, is the fact that Trump's cult is actually a progressively diminishing minority of the electorate.
- Every day, as more proof comes out about Trump's criminality, corruption and incompetence, he loses members of the cult.
- Every day, as Trump's hostility against reality hurts more and more people, including members of his own cult, he loses more and more.
- Every day, as quite a few GOPr politicians find themselves staring down the barrel of prosecutions and scandals, more and more people are looking to support Democrats.
There's a long road to take in order to overcome Trump and Trumpism, and the gaggle of cult members who refuse to do anything but support him and his nonsense are finding that there are fewer and fewer fellow members standing beside themselves.
It'll take time, but justice will win out in the end. Just as long as we never give up the good fight.

Where normal people would voice their concern in productive ways, trumpsters don't shrink from the notion of assault weapons, bombs, and other violent forms of protest.
That being said, thank you for posting this, MrScorpio! 
We have what....maybe 30 million or so hard-line Trump cultists in the US and no means of deprogramming them when he comes tumbling down. Many of these will be hell-bent to do some damage and encouraged by RW media. Social media will look like a war zone.
I'm gonna be watching my back, my family, my vehicles and home when he's sent away in disgrace. I also would not put it past Trump and/or his minions to encourage violence at polling places in November.

I do know of a few that are crazy rabid over trump and seriously will need some counseling (or drink/drug themselves into oblivion). Unfortunately, most have guns aplenty.
Maybe Pence and Franklin Graham can pray their anger away.....
