he would have been running around swatting at the air for the swarm of bee-like criticism he was getting. I emailed my gov. when I saw that my state didn't have the flag lowered. I got a response in less than 30 minutes, complete with the seal and a pdf of the actual proclamation dated this morning! But we have a Democratic governor so I expected that it would be taken care of.
