it could be she's keeping her eyes down because it's dawning on her that these people don't like "daddy" and very probably don't have a lot of use for any Trump. But that would suggest a level of awareness she probably doesn't have ("vapid" is what I think whenever I see her picture).

Though I wouldn't be surprised if she was on her phone.
