If the White House is hiding disqualifying information on Kavanaugh then we will have two

Impeachment’s to consider. Kavanaugh’s and maybe trump’s. I’m still not convinced that letting Pence be president is better than letting the orange anus bumble on. If we have the house, possibly the senate, trump’s reign of ignorance, hate and dumbassery is substantially over. At least he will be checked if not checkmated.

Kavanaugh’s record will become public knowledge. That is certain. Why he would allow his record to be hidden by his benefactor is problematic at best. If he is afraid of his record becoming common knowledge it must be something disqualifying for the Supreme Court seat he is seeking.

If he is the least bit smart he will get it out in the open now or forever be seen as criminally compromised Justice, assuming he is confirmed.

Coverups are always the thing that brings down these people. This coverup will be no different.

1. D message MUST BE "No proper vetting, rushed vetting, We do not consider him legitimate."

That story is simple and must be repeated every single day even after the confirmation.

Every time Kavanaugh talks, his lack of legitimacy must be mentioned.

And after November, Putin willing, remove or Kavanaugh or reorganize the court so the rightward tilt is irrelevant.

When the conservatives howl you tell them that this is what you get when you ram a candidate through without proper debate. Next time play straight.

Kavanaugh lied in his confirmation hearings to get onto the Circuit Court, his Bush era legal baggage so incriminating that Trump and the Repugs are conspiring to hide it from his SCOTUS hearings.

Yep, it's the coverup that takes them down. And in this case it's the coverup that proves Kavanaugh's crimes (or T & the Repugs would not be trying to keep those records hidden)

Even if we have to wait until 2020... when he'll either be impeached or be forced to 'retire'. He may be better off, for his own reputation, to withdraw his nomination... but these right-wingers never hesitate to run right off the cliff, Wily Coyote style

Especially for a lifetime appointment.

The core issue is that the Republican machine knows there is damning evidence in Kavanaugh's past. If there weren't, they wouldn't be making such a grand effort to hide it. They want hearings now, when they can say "there is no reason we know of why he shouldn't be confirmed." Once the papers of his past become public, they can't say that any more. After he is confirmed, they can always say, "well, we didn't know that at the time," and act like the files were some kind of Anita Hill.

As with Cheneybush, they see an angry electorate, unhappy at having been swindled (AGAIN), ready to cast votes against them. Sure, they have their gerrymandered districts, their pre-programmed vote counting machines, and their Scott Walker-style cronies ready to "discover" closets full of unrecorded Republican votes, like Walker's pal always does in Waukesha County. When the tide is so strong against them that even all that won't save them, they are ready, willing and able to use any ruse, no matter how flagrant, to get their way. If McTurtle was willing to deny Obama his SCOTUS choice for a YEAR as a thinly disguised grudge slap, you can bet he will pull any scheme to get another Clarence Thomas--especially a white one--on the Court. For that matter, if the Republicans keep the Senate, look for Thomas to retire and let McTurtle (dba Trump) pull one last similar move (and then watch McTurtle retire, himself, just in time for a Democratic sweep of the Senate in 2020).

People in the street. Taking turns disappearing from quorum call.

WHATEVER IT TAKES.

Just tell us what to do.

Bork was stopped.
