Is that a common expression? I'm trying to visualize what it means. A friend ordering a load of food and suddenly not having money when at the fast food drive through pay window?

Leo: Oh, where were you? I just said that. I'm not eating this. I'm not eating tuna. Come on. Let's go back.

Murtaugh: We're not goin' back. So, just shut up!

Leo: Oh, sure. Don't go back. Okay. Okay, don't go back. That's it. Can I give you two guys a friendly piece of advice, okay? Don't ever go up to the drive-thru! Okay? Always walk up to the counter. You know why? Okay. Okay. They fuck you at the drive-thru! Okay?! They fuck you at the drive-thru! They know you're gonna be miles away before you find out you got fucked! Okay? They know you're not gonna turn around and go back. So they don't care. Who gets fucked? Oh, Leo Getz! Okay, sure! I don't give a fuck! I'm not eatin' this tuna! Okay?!

If I remember correctly, Leo Getz, the philosopher, said, "They Fuck You _______" more then once. Funny stuff

It has been quite a while since I watched it, but essentially:

Danny Glover and Mel Gibson play a couple of cops investigating a crime or criminal element and Joe Pesci plays Leo Getz, who I think was an informant. He talked a mile a minute, made outrageous comments mostly for comedic value and was cast as a bit of a pain in the ass that the two cops liked to mess with. They go to a restaurant and Getz wants to go in, the cops tell him no, they're going through the drive through and Getz's order gets screwed up.

Leo Getz:
They F*** YOU at the drive-thru, okay? They F*** YOU at the drive-thru! They know you're gonna be miles away before you find out you got f***ed! They know you're not gonna turn around and go back, they don't care. So who gets f***ed? Ol' Leo Getz! Okay, sure! I don't give a f***! I'm not eating this tuna, okay?

It was the most memorable line from the movie. It entered pop culture immediately with everyone quoting it in their own lives and comedians using it in their material.
