MA-03 - So far the leading candidate has 21.8% of the vote

This is my district, Niki Tsongas' seat.

10 candidates running (6 I would be happy with winning).

First place so far 21.8 second place 21.4 - this is crazy!

This is with 81% reporting

Given her base in Lowell and Westford, I'm guessing she's counting votes from Acton (Westford spillover votes) plus Dracut (Lowell spillover votes) minus Sudbury (Koh did well in surrounding towns) plus or minus Lancaster and Ashburnham (too tiny to really predict well). #MA3Cavis added,

Almost 80% wanted someone else....how do we expect these candidates to win the general election if they can't find people who can get a true majority of the democratic vote. I saw the same thing happen in NY where there were 7 candidates wanting to take on the GOP Faso. There needs to be another election to choose between the top 3 vote getters...or keep voting until someone gets over 50% of the vote.

Just saying.
