The staff in the office there thought they heard the suspect shouting somebody was trying to kill him, and something that sounded like "high crimes"

Bomb squad looke like they have the scene cleared

Somehow the suspect felt that ramming a building and tossing thousands of copies of something into the street would solve his problem

Police statement later this morning
