The raw power exuding from his manliness was intoxicating. Past lovers were faint memories of

the other clowns that were seeking the GOP nomination. Oh Paul, Paul, take me. I'm yours to do whatever pleases you.

I just scanned the FR BB to check the pulse and they are all as giddy as little school girls. They are exhilarated with their new squeeze, Paul Ryan. He is now their knight in shining armor, riding to the rescue as he destroys Joe Biden in the debates, gives Rmoney a much needed boost, then saves our country and the honor of the Republic party.

It is quite evident that most of the people over there are not too thrilled with Mitt. But now they not only have hope, they are convinced that the election is theirs for the taking.

I am not a political analyst nor do I play one on television. I am able to relay the opinions of the freepers though. Some of their analysis:
They are convinced that Mitt didn't pick Rubio as he has FL and the Ryan pick was made to win WI.
Obama would be smart to dump Biden.
The discussion will move away from Bain and focus on the economy, the debt and the budget.
The heavens will open up and the day of judgement will be at hand. (Not really, I just made that one up.)
Biden is Obama's assassination insurance and therefore he will not be dumped.
Obama looks totally clueless. (A reference to a video on health care costs)

So now the basest of the base are all sporting wood. IMHO this may help Mitt a wee bit. But if our team can expose the truth of his budget proposals and hammer it home, Mitt's choice can only increase the odds of a successful re-election and Obama will bring home the gold.

who is more popular or obviously more competent than you are. What a fool!

If Ryan is more popular with Mitt's gun-toting base . . . .

Unless of course he knows he will not be elected and is hoping that at least the extreme right-wingers will come out and vote for him because he just doesn't want fail too big.

Ridiculous piled on top of the absurd. You're right. You're no political analyst, not even one on the most amateur rung.

The freepers are almost uniformly idiots.

No way is there any evidence that Romney has FL in the bag and with the number of elderly there, I suspect he just lost that vital state.

Biden is fine. Good attack dog. Liked by blue collar voters who identify with him- and how he speaks.

The discussion may move somewhat to Social Security and Medicare, but Obama's campaign is smart and they won't give up the tactic that has been so effective for them; accurately portraying rMoney for what he is: An out of touch greedy, uncaring, dishonest elitist.
His tax problem isn't going away anytime soon. His Bain problem is here to stay.

Biden is Obama's "assassination insurance"? WTF. I mean what the fuckity fuck.

Obama doesn't look clueless. That would be rMoney. He's been looking clueless and desperate for months.

Ryan doesn't help rMoney and may hurt him.

Obama just needs to keep up what he's been doing.

.... the error of many partisans (sadly including here) is that they only hang with people who think like they do so they think everyone does.

It's hard to see how Ryan is going to help Romney. In fact, he just gave Romney's lack of empathy with the little guy a steroid shot.
