My son died at 26. My husband died at 54. My stepdaughter is dying from liver and breast cancer. She is 42. Many friends and family members have died of cancer like them. They were not old.

Kavanagh may have not a long life in his cards. He is 53.

We tend to assume that people will live long lives and sadly many don't. I'm very sorry for your losses.
