Sadly We Will Probably End Up With Kavanaugh On The Supreme Court.

If anything happens to Roberts he could be Roberts replacement as chief justice.

Thanks to women who voted for Trump and Democrats who did not vote or voted for the Green party we are now in this fix. The election should have never been close enough to steal. Let's really be honest, key states were stolen by various means. And the outcomes by just a few votes in all those states is still suspicious. Well we know those votes were bogus even though we cannot prove it.

I do not see any way that Kavanaugh is denied right now. The Democrats have no real power to stop it. And the GOP is going to force this person on the US no matter what.

His confirmation. No matter what he says, the repubs will confirm him. What the majority of the country thinks matters not one bit. He is their guy. We are screwed.

But there were those emails and hillary was tooooooo close to wall street .. and before that it was dadt and gitmo and a general apathy to voting amonst the dems .

But if the left votes and takes back all three branches there's nothing stopping them from putting more supremes on the bench

it is trite, but the simple and sad reality - elections have consequences.

Yeah, the folks who didn't vote are to blame, but my pique is reserved for the idiots who buy into the republican bullshit and vote for them despite the fact these assholes openly fuck them over time and time and again - this guy with the other four scumbags are going to do a LOT of damage that won't be cleaned up in our lives now.

He lied under oath to Durbin at his last confirmation. When the documents get released, we may discover that he lied during this confirmation too.

My son died at 26. My husband died at 54. My stepdaughter is dying from liver and breast cancer. She is 42. Many friends and family members have died of cancer like them. They were not old.

Kavanagh may have not a long life in his cards. He is 53.

However I think you're going to see a massive swell against the GOP afterwards, even bigger than there is now. Especially when they overturn Roe, and other hard fought protections.

seriously awful times in order to wake up, and, frankly, now it's too late. Within 20 years environmental problems will overwhelm all other problems, and we will likely have a bunch of rich people pulling up the ladders behind them, leaving the rest of us to live or die however. Feudalism, in other words.

If they do nothing we have Kavanaugh on SCOTUS.

If they obstruct hard enough to actually stall his confirmation you can bet your last penny the GOP will milk that for every drop in order to whip up their base to GOTV.
