I have no clue but how many other losing VP candidates ever went on to anything?
was the running mate of whoever lost to Wilson in 1920.
Or he could go the way of more recent losing running mates like John Edwards and Caribou Barbie.

(5,420 posts)last 97 years went on to do anything significant. Must have been FDR. I would say though that the odds are against Ryan. Hopefully, he just blew any chance of a political career by accepting this doomsday ticket.
