Interesting opinion about keeping it anonymous

From Mark Shields on PBS Shields and Brooks.

He said that when he worked on a campaign - years ago, did not specify - he was told never to get anyone signing a memo. What is important is the substance, not the signature.

Had the NYT op-ed been signed, people would immediately comment on the writer "yes, he had a DUI back in 1983.."

...lives! Trump is a Putin thug. I don't want to see anyone else thrown out of a window, or poisoned with toxic perfume.

Trump would just focus on the person and the message would be lost.

Anonymous speaks for the whole trump inner circle.
