Is there any action Dems can take on that? It's unlawful.

(42,762 posts)No particular consequences flow from an individual or group filing a complaint with the DOJ. Indeed, while the DOJ website contains instructions for filing reports or complaints regarding certain specified types of alleged criminal conduct, perjury isn't one of those listed. And even among the ones listed, the filing of a complaint does not trigger any obligation on the part of the DOJ to act.
Dworkin knows this but does it as a publicity stunt.
