If the Ryan budget is implemented, children will be responsible for their parents bills?

If Romney and Ryan are elected and the Ryan budget is implemented doing away with Medicare and replacing it with a voucher system, their children could be held responsible for the care and bills for what their cupons wont cover.

"Requiring Adult Children to Pay for Aging Parents

Last Updated: 6/6/2012 1:55:50 PM

Did you know you could be responsible for your parents' unpaid bills? Twenty-nine states currently have laws making adult children responsible for their parents if their parents can't afford to take care of themselves. While these laws are rarely enforced, there has been speculation that states may begin dusting them off as a way to save on Medicaid expenses.

These laws, called filial responsibility laws, obligate adult children to provide necessities like food, clothing, housing, and medical attention for their indigent parents. According to the National Center for Policy Analysis, a conservative research organization, 21 states allow a civil court action to obtain financial support or cost recovery, 12 states impose criminal penalties on children who do not support their parents, and three states allow both civil and criminal actions. (For a list of the states and citations to state statutes, click here. Note that Connecticut's statute has since been repealed.)These laws, called filial responsibility laws, obligate adult children to provide necessities like food, clothing, housing, and medical attention for their indigent parents. being abused as a child and then having to bankrupt your own family as an adult.

This does nothing but ensure that the 99% continue to get poorer with each generation.

5. I think those children would be justified in locking their parents in a closet and letting them die.

or what about children who have never met a parent? I have a father that I met once when I was eight years old. No way in hell am I gonna pay for the rat bastad's medical care. My mother divorced him when I was 6 months old and that poor excuse of a man never paid one dime of child support for his 3 girls. If I was ordered to pay his bills, I'd be going to jail for murder because locking him in a dark, dank basement closet til he died would be too good for him.

Yeah, right t-baggers. Your darlings can't wait to use the full power of the government to take every last dime you have and give it to businesses. The goal is to make everyone dirt poor, then put them in indentured servitude.
