a hurricane bounce. But, I suppose if they had any money left they'd help those in need to pander for votes in the USA.

September 30 is the last day of the fiscal year. If he doesn't sign the latest budget stopgap that'll keep the government open into Fiscal Year 2019, the government will not open on October 1.

And then on November 6, the voters will proceed to the polls in their state-funded elections and not only vote against anyone who has an R beside their name, they'll vote against anyone with one IN their name just to be sure.

On November 7, the Republicans who just got voted out of the Senate will convene simultaneous "ham sandwich"* impeachment hearings for Trump and Pence to repay them for all they've done for them. They'll have until January 5 to get rid of the sons-of-bitches and, even though we have the greatest do-nothing legislature in the world, I think they can manage to do this.

* Gerald Ford once said you can impeach a ham sandwich for the crime of being a ham sandwich.

Furlough federal workers for a while. I'm sure they won't mind getting a few pay checks right before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Will look good for elections too. What a stupid dolt.

Then Democrats win the House and possibly the Senate because you did not get funding for your STUPID Border Wall and "Praise Me" military parade, as Federal workers are denied their COLAS.

Real smart.
