Romney probably knows he's going to lose so his prayer

must be that he doesn't end up looking like a total fool by losing too badly. He must have picked Ryan just so he can at least go out looking better than dismissed spit aimed at and landing in the gutter.

His Freudian slip of introducing Ryan as the next President probably means literally the next Republican President starting in the next four years. He's just giving him a hand up so he'll be at the top of the GOP picks.
