Donald Trump isn't a leader. He's an expendable battering ram.
People like Stephen Miller, Steve Bannon, and Mitch McConnell are happy when he flings himself against institutions and norms, does damage, and foments hatred. They really don't care how much he injures himself in the process. They have Mike Pence at the ready.
