Yes, no doubt. But it will not be the BIG NEWS today. MineralMan Sep 2018 #2
It's better if it's the big news on Monday, and it probably will be. The Velveteen Ocelot Sep 2018 #5

The nonstop hurricane news will subside when the hurricane itself subsides. The news about the Manafort plea will only increase when the details and the likely results become known.

They are covering the hurricane of necessity as it unfolds across the region. But when Manafort’s plea deal was revealed they switched over to that. So on a day with such big news to report from a variety of sources, I think they are doing the best they can to cover all the big stories.

The stuff with Manafort is making my day!

No one stops despising Trump because something else happens. The beauty of it is that there are truly dedicated reporters keeping everyone apprised, not to mention investigators, prosecutors, judges and journalist pursuing their part.

The news is coming to us. It’s also pounding people like Manafort, Michael Cohn, and even Trump and his family into the ground on a daily basis. And the important stories keep coming back in spite of the chaos, like the families he tore apart and caged.

What gets top coverage on any day doesn’t matter like it used to. I’m very happy about it too.
