do to keep him from going nuts on Twitter over Manafort or Kavanaugh? He is still able to tweet lies about hurricane death counts so he still has access to his phone. How did they accomplish this?

During the Nixon Watergate era. However I'd be willing to bet that Trump is feeling pretty boxed in and paranoid.

Or, I can only hope he is, but he is probably to stupid to realize the predicament he is in.
