Very right wing. But I know a few conservatives who like him, and say they are voting for him. They don't like Cruz at all. Gives me a little hope.

Campaign in red areas. Yes, it's fun to go to a Democratic stronghold and rev up a friendly crowd, but get to the Republican areas, too. Get them used to seeing you, hearing you, and learning what you're about directly instead of through the Fox News filter. Democrats don't need to flip heavily Republican areas, just peel off a little Republican support. Turn a 55-37 disadvantage into a 53-42 disadvantage.

This guy could have the goods. He's doing it right.

Preaching to the choir in deep blue areas while avoiding red areas altogether doesn't necessarily get the job done!

Local reporting is that he is a rock star.
Possibly Presidential in a few years!

But a lot of people are fed up with Cruz. He hasn't done a damn thing for Texas. He only in it to promote himself.

That's why cruz and the republicans are scared to death of Beto and others like him now. The American people are done with republicans , especially trump, and are turning against them in record numbers now, and its showing. Add to that they're backing of kavanaugh, their tax scam and another tax scam they want to pass, and putting babies in cages and child abuse, and for committing treason and conspiring with a terrorist, a murderer , and corrupt criminal putin who helped fix the last election for trump and them. Its no wonder why they're running from him, and the republican party, and trump now. trump's has dragged them down to hell , and by them letting him do this they are pretty much done as a credible party anymore.

Bobby Kennedy's looks and (com)passion, Barack Obama's quick wit and charisma, and Bill Clinton's all round likeability.

All Cruz has is that a lot of Texans will vote Republicans because Fox Noise and National Hate Radio tell them to. With a little good fortune and a lot of GOTV, the hate media won't be enough this time.
