Keeping the 65 "girls" in the public eye not only lets them know we don't believe a word of that letter or that the 65 "girls" ever went to school with Kavanaugh, but it also shows that people are laughing at them for their transparent lies. That makes them nervous and they have enough other stuff to do that.

They aren't going to fight this Kavanaugh confirmation much longer, as they are losing ground and they don't have a lot of ground to lose. They don't like to be the brunt of jokes, although they've screwed up enough over the last couple of years they should be used to it by now.

I've lost confidence in Murkowski and Collins but if this doesn't shift their votes, Dems have a real chance for a competitive senate race in those states.

I was disappointed to learn Collins' husband lobbies for Russia. Do all Repub congresscritters have relatives who work for Russia? That puts her in a tight spot if true, so she'll be pushed mighty hard by the establishment Repubs to vote with the party.

Putin is an anti-gay capitalist and wants a revival of traditionalism ( with white supremacist overtones). People say Reagan is rolling in his grave over this Russia business, but the Russia of today isn't the USSR. If he were alive I'm convinced he'd work on making Putin a strong ally.
