"Fuck 'em. They were just Puerto Ricans."

That's the message that Trump is sending to his minions. His denial of the numbers is irrelevant because, as usual, he's lying.

Three thousand people died when the World Trade Center fell. Every American and every decent person in the world, recognized the tragedy and mourned the dead.

But millions of Trump's backers are mourning nothing about Puerto Ricans who died in Hurricane Maria. After all, why should they. To them, Puerto Rico is made up of "a bunch of brown people, some black people, and some white people who are probably all lazy and don't even speak English."

I guess this is the world into which an ignorant mindset takes you. Indifference to suffering, misery and death are okay, as long as it happens to "THEM." No one should be surprised. Trump has been selling racism, bigotry and "fuck the THEMS" since the moment he descended on his golden escalator.

Most Trumpites probably don't even know that Puerto Ricans are American citizens. And to that you can add that Trump voters don't give a fuck whether Puerto Ricans live or die.

If our country is to survive, we cannot allow this horrible, indecent liar to go on defining the world. Trump, and the entire Republican Party, are fucked up beyond all repair. They have one product to sell. Hatred. And this has made them deadly enemies of democracy, decency and humanity.

And one more thing. Every one of us should be mourning those three thousand people that died in Puerto Rico because of the hurricane, lack of water, lack of food, lack of power, and lack of any way in which to escape disaster. This is a horror that was allowed to happen because Trump didn't order the various branches of the American government to help save lives.
