will be flooded.

Read the book The Water Will Come by Jeff Goodell. Among other things, it talks about savvy investors in Miami and other parts of Florida who are carefully considering just how long they can stay there before they can sell out to someone dumb enough to buy.

Electric lines, cable, sewer and water don't function well under salt water conditions. As the shore lines retreat, those barrier islands will be further out to sea and bridges will have to be lengthened and lines extended, which will cost billions. Here is another point on that matter. Think of all of those houses in FL and other coastal towns that are built near the water and have access through some type of canal. If the water rises some of the taller boats are not going to be able to pass under fixed bridge structures. Guess what happens to your home value when you can't get your boat down the canal or river channel out to the ocean? Didn't think of that one, huh?

We just water the desert. We are way ahead of our water conservation goals. We are learning new ways to conserve water every day.

No CA my home will not become inhabitable.

The fires spark new growth. Ground cover comes back within months, not desert.

My brother lives in Spokane. Spokane always had the best air. Now every year they have fire season. Some days the air has been really bad.

The fires in Washington and Oregon will likely burn until the snow begins.

Just spent the day at the beach.

We are one of the most liberal states in the Union.

We lead the rest of the country in many areas.

We are the world’s fifth largest economy.

We are very diversified. Minorities together make up a majority.

Summer is going to last probably until November due to El Niño

I wouldn’t trade places with any other state.

I’m also in California. Would not live in any other state. We are enjoying a perfect day up in the northern part of the state.
