We need to hear from a few of those 65 women that signed that letter.

They need to be asked when they were asked to sign it. They couldn't have rounded them up in 24 hours, so they would have had to know of the accusations for awhile. That in itself should be enough for the female Senators--at least-- to want to hear more.

but I think it was as a hedge against Kavanaugh's views on Roe vs Wade, not as a response to this incident.

automatically invalidate even just ONE woman who says they've been molested or raped by him.

Rapists/molesters don't go after every single woman they date or otherwise interact with. It could even be just ONE woman and one is too many.

This needs to be thoroughly investigated by an independent investigator before shoving him down the throats of the American people for a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land.
